We are NOT a contractor. We do not perform any building, maintenance, or repair work ourselves. When you request a quote through our platform, we pass your details to third-party Service Providers who will contact you directly.

2. No Contract for Works

Any contract for work, services, or goods is strictly between you (the User) and the Service Provider you choose to hire. Teesside Trade Services is not a party to any such contract and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided, nor for any disputes that may arise between you and the Service Provider.

3. Verification and Due Diligence

While we endeavor to partner with reputable local businesses, it is your responsibility to verify the credentials of any Service Provider you hire. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Checking valid insurance (Public Liability, etc.).
  • Verifying trade memberships and qualifications (e.g., Gas Safe, NICEIC).
  • Reading reviews and requesting references.
  • Agreeing on a written quote and scope of work before commencement.

We do not guarantee the work of any Service Provider listed on our site or in our network.

4. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site to:

  • Submit false or misleading quote requests.
  • Harass or harm any individual or business.
  • Distribute viruses or malicious software.

We reserve the right to deny access to our services to anyone who violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property
